Founder and Chief Visionary
Dr. Jay Zigmont is on a mission to help people without kids live their best lives, with the plan and finances to support it.
He’s a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® and Childfree Wealth Specialist® with Childfree Wealth®. In short, he’s the go-to expert on navigating the financial road less traveled for people without kids.
He’s the author of The Childfree Guide to Life and Money and co-hosts the Childfree Wealth Podcast, where he drops expert knowledge with a dose of humor.
Dr. Jay is a frequent contributor to top-tier media outlets, including Forbes, C-Span TheStreet, and the Wall Street Journal.

Maddy Roche
Chief Growth Officer
Maddy oversees all marketing, growth, and prospect engagement for Childfree Trust.
Maddy was XYPN’s first employee, with roles including VP of Getting Sh!t Done, and hosted XYPN’s podcast, Behind the Advisor.
She’s guided thousands of financial planners throughout their entrepreneurial journeys with energy, expertise, and compassion.
Jonathan Carmona
Chief Technology Officer
Jon is leading the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and user-friendly systems.
Known for his ability to inspire and manage diverse teams, Jon is fluent in English and Spanish, and can even hold a conversation in Italian.
He earned his BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University.
Mike Marchal
Director of Network Strategy & Security
Mike is the resident architect for all things IT, from streamlining processes to implementing robust cybersecurity and network architecture.
Before joining Childfree Trust, Mike was a director at LogicalisUS for nearly 10 years and spent more than a decade at Mettler-Toledo, where he was instrumental in global infrastructure operations and virtualization projects.
Paige Worthy
Director of Strategic Content
Paige is Childfree Trust’s resident word nerd for all things content, from website copy to email marketing and catch-all “Paige-ification.”
Before drinking the Trust Kool-Aid, she was a proud Childfree professional with rambunctious cats and a thriving copywriting business whose clients included Childfree Trust’s sister company, Childfree Wealth®.
